how old are you? if you're under 18 you need a K12 form signed by your schools counselor if your 18+ then just go to Palomar or online at palomar.edu and register.
The Palomar Clinic will be held at Palomar on July 11th & 12th. The clinic flyer is posted on the web page at palomar.edu/athletics/wrestling. If you follow the clinic link you will find the flyer as well as a registration form which can be printed out and mailed in. If you have any further questions please give me a call.
