Practice Tuesday's and Thursday's 5 to 7 pm all Grossmont league wrestlers invited and any others interested.
Typically we have about 20 wrestlers at practice this includes incoming freshmen
Live wrestling for 45 minutes every practice
Heavy Weights needed!!!!
